Aayushi Jain is a detail-oriented finance professional with over three years of experience in statutory audits, financial statement finalization, and internal control reviews, primarily at BSR & Co LLP (KPMG). She has also managed social media strategy for financial services, enhancing brand visibility through targeted content. Aayushi holds a B.Com from H.R. College and is a Chartered Accountant with exemptions in key subjects.

Rushikesh Prabhudesai is a seasoned credit and fixed income professional with over 14 years of experience in credit research, risk analysis, and investment strategies. His expertise spans managing global portfolios, ESG integration, and team leadership across firms like NatWest Markets and Sutherland Global Services. Rushikesh holds an MS in Finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI).

Manoj Jain is a seasoned business and finance leader with over 30 years of experience across core manufacturing functions, with deep expertise in corporate finance, venture funding, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has led public-facing finance functions, overseen IPO readiness, managed complex debt restructuring, and navigated high-stakes legal and compliance matters. Having served in senior leadership roles, including Director and CFO at a leading pharmaceutical company, he now provides strategic consultancy across industries.
